We currently ship within Canada and to select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Within Canada: 3–7 business days

    • USA: 7–10 business days

    • International: 10–15 business days (may vary by location)

Note: Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD (Canada only)

  • Orders under $100 CAD will be charged a flat shipping fee at checkout.

  • International shipping rates are calculated based on weight and location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package anytime through the provided link.


Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.

    • In original packaging with tags (if applicable)
